Tuesday Little Run

We came home from the hospital yesterday afternoon. Lynne's Mom was not expected to last more than a couple of hours when we got there on Saturday afternoon. Even this morning (8:00am) her heart is still going strong. Lynne's brother stayed with her last night. We're on our way back down shortly.

I did get up and go over to the club for a little 30 minute run today. I could feel how much my back was tightening up. A combination of sleeping in chairs and not exercising I guess. I'm hopeful to make it to the pool tomorrow morning but, I'll have to play that by ear.
