Tuesday Baby Brick
I really like this recovery week stuff. Other than power washing the 3 decks around the house and finishing the drywall in the kitchen, I didn't do anything. NO workout at all.
Today was a nice easy baby brick. 20 minutes on the bike at zone 1 and a slow 20 minute run over to Murray and Kennedy and back.
It's pretty nice sleeping in until 6:30 before starting this stuff too!
