Saturday Easy Brick
That was a nice easy workout. A quick 45 minute bike ride from the house to the club, around Lake Wilcox and back home again. Then an easy 15’ run from the house. I wonder hopw long after Ironman, an hour is going to feel like a good workout as opposed to a simple little nothing workout?
I’ve got a killer 100k bike ride around Muscleman Lake and back and then 4 trips up and down Weston Road, Jane, Keele and Dufferin Street, and then a 2 hour run Sunday for what I expect will be my last big workout.
