Friday Bike Test and Run

I'm really happy with the results from this mornings bike test. Wattage's in each zone are up about 10. The last test, I'd dropped 5 so I'm much happier with these results. Zone 20 is now 120 - 150, Zone 3 is 155-165, so, there are my markers for the race.

I'm going to try to stick to exactly those zones during the training weekend in Lake Placid next weekend. With 270k to do on the bike over the weekend, these zones better work or I'm not going to be able to walk for a week!

A quick 15 minute run straight off the bike was fine. No 'dead brick legs' at all.
