Thursday Brick
It was a nice and easy workout this morning. A 45 minute bike, various times, various wattages, and then a simple 15 minute brick run. The bike had a few minute repeats for some zone 3 and then some zone 4 stuff, but all in all, an easy workout.
I’ll see what the weather is looking like for tomorrow morning. I think I may go do that Lake Wilcox swim at 5:00 again tomorrow
