Tuesday Brick
It was a pretty easy workout today. a 45 minute zone 1 - 2 bike and a 15 minute run. I was thinking of going over to the club and doing the spin class and running from there, but I know me. As much as I'd say that I'm just going to spin easy, I'd get into whatever the class was doing and push like mad. Better to take it easy so that I can be in the best shape possible for the race this weekend. With less than 7 weeks to Ironman, I guess I should start listening to the coach for the final stretch anyway!
