Tuesday Bike
Today's workout was a computrainer workout for sure. It was another 90 minutes broken into small increments of different wattage zones. I thought a number of 7 minutes at zone 4 (190 watts) was tough, but the following minute and a half at zone 5 (245) were next to impossible!
I've got a 2.5 hour run tomorrow and it's going to be HOT outside. I think I may still do this in the morning around 8:00 - 10:30. The weather report is calling for sunshine and 21 - 25 degree temperatures. I'm thinking that's hot enough for a long run!
