Monday Swim, Weights and Stretching
Swimming was tough today. My neck was killing me and I didn't have as much energy as I usually have. I didn't eat properly yesterday. I guess that, combined with all the riding on the weekend left me a bit tired.
I bounced around a bit from one lane up and then one lane down. I did manage to get through everything. I really need to get this neck cracked soon though. I'm going to try Advil for Arthritis and see if that makes any difference.
I went over to Timberlane after the swim and somewhat quickly did my wieghts and then took my time stretching. I think stretching is going to be key in getting through these next few months and then doing well at Ironman.
I'm looking forward to quiting this training stuff, but that hasn't changed the way I feel about shooting for a sub 14 hour Ironman this summer if possible.

Is this my bestest swimming buddy, "I don't do Facebook anymore", Kim? :-)
I eat good food, and tons of it. No Coke, few cookies, lots of salad, red meat, vegetables (even green ones, but not much!) Lot's of Tuna, boiled eggs . . . . and a bit of 71% cocoa chocolate bars!
