Sunday Bike
Today's ride was indoor. 1 hour on the Computrainer in Ergometer mode. 15 minute warm up the 10x 1 minute zone 5, 1 minute zone 1, and then 2 minutes zone 2. Those 1 minute zone 5 intervals got tougher and tougher as the time went on. I blew it in the end though, I was paying too much attention to each 1 or 2 minute interval and I ended up doing one extra set when I was supposed to be cooling down.
My legs felt surprisingly well after this weekend of about 180k on the bike. My neck though is a different matter. I must have pinched a nerve or something in it. I've got pain on one side through from the top of my neck down through my upper back. I guess it's back to the chiropractor again on Monday.
