Monday Weights and Stretch :-)
Now that's a nice leisurely way to start the day. No alarm clock. No rush. Just wake up whenever and meander over to the club. It would have been nicer if it hadn't been 5:15, but at least it wasn't 4:00!
My weight stuff takes about 30 minutes. Stretching about 15, then a great 10 minute steam before the shower. Out the door and home before 7:00.
Life is good!
