Sunday Hill Run and Weights
And so ends a two week build! a nice 90 minute Sunday morning run with some buds and some weight stuff.
Franks decided to pull out of today's run at the last minute with knee problems. He's thinking of doing ATB next weekend. Pulling out today to get over a bit of an injury sure makes sense to me!
Doris joined Nadia and I for part of the run. We did the Hartwell 5k loop and then Nadia and I headed out running back and forth over the hills on Vandorf for another hour.
Apparently, running back and forth like ducks in a shooting gallery has become part of my Sunday morning routine now!
I saw Frank again in the locker after our run. He'd done a good long spin routine. Nadia and I headed into the gym for a while to stretch and do some weights. She showed me a better way of doing those triceps lifts. Too bad I can only do 8 now :-(

I guess I have to go back and change my Facebook picture again!
YEA - I just checked the schedule and I see I'm off tomorrow. An extra sleeping in day. Got to LOVE that!
