Wednesday Swim and Run
My legs felt a fair bit better this morning than they have for the last couple of days. They aren't back yet, but that bike ride helped stretch them out a bit yesterday.
I set the alarm for 4:30 instead of 4:00. That extra half hour was nice! I got out of the house a bit quicker than usual, and got to the pool a few minutes later, but I was still in time to be poolside by 5:55. Today's swim was the 1 hour Glendon swim.
Lot's of paddles and pull-buoy today. A few timed 100 yard drills. I stuck to 1:45 - 1:50 for each of the 4 sets. I was pretty happy with that. I feel like I'm still picking up a tiny bit more speed in he water.
I came home and went out with Lynne for her 3k 5&1 run. I think that helped stretch out the legs a bit more.
I've got a run test tomorrow morning, but I think it will make more sense to pass on that and rest these legs up for Around the Bay in 11 days.

Good swim Greg. That's what I do: 1.45-1.50 on the 100 (not at top speed mind you).

Thanks - but it practically killed me!
